What you will do

• Act as the primary HRIS partner and SME for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
• Lead the discovery, design, and continuous improvement of TA and Talent processes to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of cyclical programs, including annual performance reviews and talent reviews.
• Configure, test, and deploy changes to business processes, security, custom organizations, and calculated fields.
• Own the HCM ticket caseload, troubleshooting complex BP logic and documenting preventive measures.
• Build and maintain dashboards to deliver actionable insights on hiring and talent metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Workday HCM experience with hands-on ownership of Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
• Expertise in business process configuration, calculated fields, and custom reporting.
• Experience supporting cyclical performance and talent processes on a global scale.
• Knowledge of GDPR and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business questions into actionable dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across different regions and time zones.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications in HCM, Recruiting, or Talent.
• Experience with integrations and data loads using EIB, Core Connectors, or APIs.
• Background in high-growth SaaS or global matrixed environments.
