What you will do
- Act as the primary HRIS partner and SME for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
- Lead the discovery, design, and continuous improvement of TA and Talent processes to increase efficiency and data quality.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of cyclical programs, including annual performance reviews and talent reviews.
- Configure, test, and deploy changes to business processes, security, custom organizations, and calculated fields.
- Own the HCM ticket caseload, troubleshooting complex BP logic and documenting preventive measures.
- Build and maintain dashboards to deliver actionable insights on hiring and talent metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Workday HCM experience with hands-on ownership of Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
- Expertise in business process configuration, calculated fields, and custom reporting.
- Experience supporting cyclical performance and talent processes on a global scale.
- Knowledge of GDPR and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business questions into actionable dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across different regions and time zones.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications in HCM, Recruiting, or Talent.
- Experience with integrations and data loads using EIB, Core Connectors, or APIs.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or global matrixed environments.
