What you will do

• Serve as the primary support resource for UKG Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and user inquiries.
• Maintain foundational system setups, including business rules, workflows, and security roles.
• Lead small-scale HRIS projects and system enhancements from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Create and optimize workflows for onboarding, job changes, and manager self-service.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure system alignment and data accuracy.
• Review UKG release notes, perform UAT testing, and manage change efforts for system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or IT (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Core HCM required).
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment practices, payroll fundamentals, and HR compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ACA).
• Experience with workflow configuration, system audits, and role-based security management.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting integrations via API, SFTP, or vendor feeds.
