What you will do
- Manage existing customer accounts to drive growth and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Understand customer business requirements and design solutions using the communications API platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Engineering to address customer needs.
- Execute value-based selling strategies to drive net-new revenue across various verticals.
- Develop and refine sales processes and playbooks to improve team efficiency.
- Balance multiple projects and deals simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ireland or the UK
- At least 2 years of full sales cycle experience in a tech space.
- Proven record of top performance, ideally as a Strategic Account Executive.
- Understanding of cloud computing and communications business models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new processes.
