Outbound Business Representative (SaaS): Generating qualified sales leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients to fuel the pipeline for Mid-Market and Enterprise account executives with an accent on strategic outreach and lead qualification. Focus on initiating exploratory conversations with decision-makers and utilizing Salesforce for pipeline management.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or near offices in London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, or Warsaw (minimum 3 days per week in office).

What you will do
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives.
- Initiate exploratory conversations with key decision-makers at targeted accounts.
- Research and create strategic target account lists within defined territories.
- Perform initial outreach via phone and email to understand client requirements.
- Manage lead metrics and tracking using Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-centric environment.
- Strong relationship-building and time management skills.
- Must be able to work from an assigned office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French or German.
- Experience solving complex customer challenges in a dynamic environment.
