What you will do
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and Programmatic.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including optimization, pacing, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Conduct creative experimentation and audience testing to improve customer resonance and performance.
- Scale Current Account acquisition while optimizing CAC, LTV, and payback periods.
- Analyze performance data using Excel, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Tableau to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Creative teams to align acquisition with business goals.
Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong mobile-first acquisition expertise and understanding of app-based customer journeys.
- Proficiency with data tools like Excel, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Looker, or Tableau.
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution and measurement platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Commercial mindset with the ability to optimize towards CAC and LTV targets.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries.
- Track record of scaling subscription-based or mobile-first products.
- Expertise in ASO, incrementality testing, or attribution modelling.
- Experience with landing page optimization and influencer performance campaigns.
- Knowledge of AI tools for operational efficiency.
