What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers to deliver a professional and responsive experience.
• Prepare and manage quotations, pricing agreements, and contracts in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing structures, and contracts within SAP R3.
• Process and coordinate customer sample requests and provide delivery updates.
• Manage sales administration including invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with Quality and Notification Management teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Administration.
• Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP R3.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in commercial and administrative processes.

Nice to have

• Experience within a B2B, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment.
• Understanding of sales order processing and commercial documentation.
• Experience supporting Account Managers or field-based sales teams.
