What you will do

• Coordinate and complete monthly manual reduction reports for salary sacrifice customers.
• Assist with P46 reports for new and returned vehicles to ensure accurate HMRC reporting.
• Manage and resolve complex reduction report queries from customers and internal teams.
• Maintain and update deduction reports within NetSuite for new and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Finance and Account Management teams to identify and resolve reporting issues.
• Document reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Watford office at least 40% of the time.
• Proven experience in developing and managing customer relationships.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, specifically with Vlookups.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to understand and explain employee tax legislation and car policies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
