TL;DR
Customer Success Manager ( Health/Life Sciences Cloud): Managing high-profile pharmaceutical and med-tech accounts to maximize platform value with an accent on technical health, platform adoption, and business outcome alignment. Focus on orchestrating Signature Success deliverables, managing C-level stakeholder relationships, and resolving high-severity technical incidents.
Location: Must be based in Germany (Dusseldorf, Munich, Berlin, or Frankfurt) and work from the local office 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for Signature Success deliverables, renewals, and expansions for high-profile Life Sciences accounts.
- Cultivate relationships with IT and business executive leadership to align capabilities with strategic business outcomes.
- Guide customers on the adoption of new features, annual release schedules, and industry-specific tools like Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Act as a customer advocate during the triage and resolution of high-severity technical cases.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to identify trends and provide tailored stability and performance recommendations.
- Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to coordinate customer success and identify revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform leadership, Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
- Prior experience in Life Sciences (Pharma/Med Tech) is a pre-requisite.
- Hands-on experience with Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, or competing industry technologies.
- Business level fluency in German and English.
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at the executive and C-level.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and design methodologies.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience specifically within the Ecosystem.
- certifications such as Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Data Cloud Consultant.
