Customer Success Manager - DACH (HRTech): Managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market clients to drive product adoption and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) with an accent on scalable success strategies and digital customer journeys. Focus on reducing churn, identifying upsell opportunities, and building a strong client community through 1:1 and 1-to-many engagement.
Location: Hybrid in Cologne, Germany
Salary: €55,000 - €60,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage and retain a dedicated mid-market portfolio using a hybrid engagement strategy (1:1 and 1-to-many).
- Design and optimize the digital customer journey to ensure value-driven touchpoints from onboarding to renewal.
- Execute scaled digital programs using email, in-app messaging, video, and webinars.
- Analyze usage patterns and behavioral signals to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify and qualify expansion (upsell/cross-sell) opportunities.
- Foster a client community via user groups and relay critical feedback to Product and Development teams.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing within a SaaS environment.
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into automated, scalable playbooks and campaigns.
- Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills for mid-market stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data and CS tools to measure portfolio health and campaign effectiveness.
- Must be based in the Cologne area.
