What you will do

  • Execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue targets across the DACH market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide accurate pipeline updates, forecasting, and sales activity reporting to leadership.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or Account Executive role, preferably within IT, SaaS, or software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Ability to work from the Munich office.
