What you will do

  • Proactively engage clients to understand evolving business objectives and provide pre-emptive solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor usage metrics and address adoption hurdles proactively to ensure customers optimize the platform's full potential.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to act as the voice of the customer and influence continuous product improvements.
  • Conduct personalized sessions to educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-week sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is essential
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Exceptional inside sales experience in a metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM applications, specifically Salesforce, to manage leads and accounts.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work as a resilient, competitive, and coachable achiever.
