TL;DR

Demand Generation Lead (SaaS): Spearheading lead and demand generation strategies to drive high-quality lead flow and customer acquisition for an accounting cloud platform with an accent on ABM and multi-channel digital campaigns. Focus on scaling the marketing pipeline, optimizing media buying, and leading a high-performing digital marketing team.

Location: Hybrid; minimum of two days a week in the office. Offices available in Ghent, Mont-Saint-Guibert (Belgium), London (UK), Gouda (Netherlands), and Luxembourg.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute lead and demand generation strategies aligned with GTM and marketing OKRs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of campaign executives, performance marketers, and marketing operations professionals.
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with Content and Field Marketing teams.
  • Manage external digital and creative agencies for SEO, PPC, and programmatic advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize ROI and lead quality.
  • Oversee the demand generation budget and track KPIs against company goals.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in demand generation or related marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of executing strategies that drive significant business growth.
  • Expertise in media buying (PPC, paid media, programmatic) and ABM approaches.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (Master's preferred).
