What you will do
- Lead the evolution and strategic growth of the global Marketing Operations function.
- Own and optimize HubSpot workflows, reporting, and lifecycle infrastructure.
- Build scalable attribution and funnel measurement frameworks to improve commercial insight.
- Improve campaign tracking and reporting accuracy across the marketing organization.
- Manage and develop a growing Marketing Operations team.
- Collaborate with Product, RevOps, Data, and Customer Success teams to improve lifecycle performance.
Requirements
- Strong Marketing Operations experience within B2B SaaS or subscription businesses.
- Hands-on HubSpot expertise including workflows, attribution, and automation.
- Strong understanding of GA4, lifecycle marketing, and customer journeys.
- Experience managing martech stacks, integrations, and reporting environments.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead operational transformation.
