Focus on building a predictable demand engine using intent data, account intelligence, and cross-functional GTM execution.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, New York, London, or Paris

What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies across paid, organic, outbound, and lifecycle channels to drive pipeline growth.
  • Build a signal-based demand engine by identifying high-value business triggers and intent signals to improve targeting and timing.
  • Establish core growth processes, metrics, and experimentation frameworks to scale the growth function.
  • Partner cross-functionally with GTM, RevOps, and CS teams to align growth motions with global go-to-market execution.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team covering growth, digital performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, and email/lifecycle.
  • Define budget allocation and ROI targets, presenting performance insights to the executive team.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of growth and demand generation experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success building repeatable demand programs and growth motions that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Deep expertise in PLG, buyer journeys, and lifecycle programs.
  • Hands-on fluency with the modern GTM tech stack, including Clay, N8N, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Common Room.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and influence senior partners.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, New York, London, or Paris (Hybrid)

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working within a sales organization.
  • Experience leveraging agentic technology in a GTM context.
