Product Owner (iGaming)

TL;DR

Product Owner (iGaming/Fintech): Translating business goals into actionable requirements and guiding the development team through sprints with an accent on full requirements lifecycle and stakeholder communication. Focus on managing complex backlogs, creating UML/BPMN diagrams, and driving product outcomes within an Agile environment.

Location: On-site in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Gather, document, and clarify functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, preparing tasks for sprint planning.
• Define clear acceptance criteria to verify task completion and quality.
• Create and support epics, user stories, use cases, and edge cases.
• Communicate with stakeholders to secure approval on key decisions and directions.
• Collaborate on OKR planning and quarterly objective setting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with direct ownership of requirements.
• Experience with large-scale projects involving both backend and frontend development.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience creating and interpreting UML and BPMN diagrams.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
