What you will do

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Prioritize and refine the backlog, defining user stories and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to implement product improvements.
  • Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools and internal business platforms.
  • Define and track product KPIs to drive feature adoption and user engagement.
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure efficient development cycles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business impact.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Experience in API integrations and workflow automation within CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation projects.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Technical background or familiarity with SQL and CRM customization.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and sales enablement tools.
