What you will do
- Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Prioritize and refine the backlog, defining user stories and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to implement product improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools and internal business platforms.
- Define and track product KPIs to drive feature adoption and user engagement.
- Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure efficient development cycles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business impact.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Experience in API integrations and workflow automation within CRM systems.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Technical background or familiarity with SQL and CRM customization.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and sales enablement tools.
