• Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize LTV and optimize acquisition costs (CAC).
• Oversee the delivery of an engaging product roadmap, ensuring an optimized game portfolio and seamless player experience.
• Utilize data insights regarding net purchases and net gaming revenue (NGR) to fuel growth and strategic decisions.
• Define brand and creative strategies in collaboration with marketing, acquisition, and creative teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, product, CRM, VIP, and operations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in online gaming with a strong track record of P&L ownership.
• Deep knowledge of Casino and Sweepstakes products, including game selection and platform UX.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to optimize revenue and manage bonus costs efficiently.
• Data-driven approach to analyzing player trends, competitor moves, and internal metrics.
