What you will do

• Analyze data and align product roadmaps with strategic business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop scope documents, epics, and user stories to guide software development teams.
• Assess value, prioritize backlogs, and perform trade-off analysis to ensure maximum business value.
• Act as the primary technical contact and ambassador for the product internally and externally.
• Run refinement sessions, iteration reviews, and demo sessions to articulate goals and capture feedback.
• Coordinate between Tech Leads, Delivery Managers, and customers to ensure technical excellence and clarity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• 4+ years of experience in an agile requirements analysis role for software development projects.
• Previous experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role.
• Experience working on multiple large-scale software applications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent discipline is a plus.
• Experience with web and mobile applications is considered a plus.
