What you will do

• Own the end-to-end payments and wallet ecosystem, including frontend UX, backend orchestration, and global provider integrations.
• Optimize the payments funnel to improve conversion, approval rates, and reduce friction and drop-offs.
• Implement AI/ML-driven solutions for dynamic routing, predictive fraud detection, and personalized top-up offers.
• Develop intelligent wallet experiences, focusing on balance visibility, transaction clarity, and seamless redemption journeys.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Engineering teams to optimize KYC flows and reduce chargebacks.
• Lead product discovery using data tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, and Looker to drive the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivery across discovery and delivery phases.
• Professional experience in Payments, Fintech, Wallet systems, or high-transaction products.
• Proficiency in the PM toolkit: A/B testing, user research, and writing detailed technical specifications.
• Must be based in one of the following: Gibraltar, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Serbia.
• Active experience experimenting with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor) to enhance productivity.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders and cross-functional squads.
