What you will do

• Maintain project documentation repository following the ACCelerate implementation methodology.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial control reporting.
• Define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and handle resource planning and allocation.
• Track project performance and manage changes in scope and costs using Azure DevOps.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, conducting detailed ordering briefs.
• Ensure project timesheets are completed on time and adhere to internal governance.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Business Systems such as ERP and CRM.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently within a global consulting environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Location: Must be based in Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications.
• Experience working with Agile Methodology.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE II.
