What you will do

• Own and drive the procurement digitalization strategy, defining short- to long-term deliverables.
• Define integrated processes, systems, and AI-driven automation across procurement categories.
• Lead complex, cross-functional system initiatives and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Accountable for procurement process standardization, global deployment, and translating processes into system requirements.
• Collaborate with global IT and Sourcing teams to balance effort versus benefit in system enhancements.
• Prepare and lead global management steering meetings for decision propositions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in IT project management and leading large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of system implementations, system architecture, and data governance.
• Experience with piloting, implementing, and scaling AI-driven use cases for sourcing automation.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and integrated system landscapes.
• Strong communication and change management skills with various stakeholders including top management.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple activities simultaneously.
