What you will do

  • Lead new product introduction and process improvement projects from inception to mass production.
  • Define business cases and project plans in alignment with management and stakeholders.
  • Mitigate process risks during development and drive technical solutions prior to release.
  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional project teams.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between Business Groups, R&D, and assembly sites.
  • Manage change requests and ensure all release documentation is accurate and compliant.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in NPI, Process Development, or Project Management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Proven planning and time management expertise.
