Salary: $100,000 – $170,000 Annual

What you will do

• Design monitoring frameworks and develop metrics to track model-based strategy performance and portfolio impact.
• Collaborate with strategy owners to define KPIs and create real-time reporting dashboards.
• Develop detailed documentation for governance and credit forums to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify performance variances and support business leaders in driving timely course corrections.
• Integrate macroeconomic indicators to assess strategy resiliency and forecast forward-looking performance.
• Mentor reporting analysts to improve the identification of performance trends and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of analytics experience in credit risk or decision science within financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python for delivering actionable insights to senior audiences.
• Proven experience executing performance monitoring frameworks and KPI management.
• Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies including acquisition, account management, and collections.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Data Science.
• Familiarity with modeling approaches like logistic regression, XGBoost, and tree ensembles.
• Technical experience with exploratory data analysis, machine learning, and generative AI.
• Experience with SR 11-7 compliance, MRM policies, and internal audit processes.
