Salary: $70,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Write SQL within dbt to extract, transform, validate, and aggregate data.
• Develop Tableau dashboards for business teams to chart key metrics and perform exploratory data analysis.
• Monitor and deploy data pipelines using Prefect within the orchestration infrastructure.
• Gather business requirements and implement technical solutions following software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to understand the industry and evolving data model.
• Convert data insights into phased execution plans to measurably grow business metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a data-related role.
• Proficiency in SQL (dbt preferred) and Python.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Knowledge of intermediate statistics and familiarity with machine learning models.
• Must be based in the United States and able to work from the Salt Lake City office Monday through Thursday.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in financial services and alternative investments.
• Previous experience in business analyst or project management roles.
