Salary: $135,000 - $230,000 Annual

What you will do
- Design and maintain monitoring frameworks and KPIs to track model-based strategy performance.
- Collaborate with strategy owners to develop real-time reporting tools and dashboards.
- Synthesize performance results and provide reporting for executive management and the Board.
- Manage a global team, overseeing work assignment, review, and performance evaluations.
- Act as a primary advisor during audits and regulatory reviews regarding monitoring outcomes.
- Integrate macroeconomic indicators to assess strategy resiliency and forecast performance.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required (no sponsorship provided).
- 7+ years of analytics experience in credit risk, strategy analytics, or decision science within financial services.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, or similar analytics and visualization platforms.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle strategies including acquisition, account management, and collections.
- Experience with model governance, credit risk governance, and regulatory expectations (e.g., SR 11-7).
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- Direct or indirect people management experience.
- Technical experience with statistical modeling, machine learning (XGBoost, tree ensembles), and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of model evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and F1.
- Advanced critical thinking and project management skills.
