Business Intelligence Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (New York, NY or Charlotte, NC). Must be based in the US and able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Salary: $130,000 – $185,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 2-4 BI analysts across various business verticals.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of data models, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using Looker and Databricks.
• Act as the primary BI point of contact for multiple business categories, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering on schema changes, pipeline work, and ensuring data quality.
• Proactively identify and fix gaps in documentation, processes, and data coverage.
• Contribute hands-on to analytical work while supporting roadmap planning and capacity management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or BI.
• 1-2 years of experience leading or mentoring other analysts.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks.
• Proven experience with Looker and data modeling.
• Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities and communicate complex data clearly.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and adhere to EST working hours.
