What you will do

• Partner with commercial and sales teams on contract negotiations, client agreements, and dispute resolution.
• Provide legal support to product and development teams to ensure access to compliant tools and third-party services.
• Act as the primary legal business partner for the hirify.global Ads organization to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Deliver pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance within a fast-paced digital advertising environment.
• Maintain regular reporting to the General Counsel on key legal and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with an active license to practice law.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience supporting commercial business hirify.globaltions.
• Native-level English proficiency (highly preferred).
• Experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or technology industries.
• Must be based in Singapore.
