What you will do
- Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding through to renewal to ensure customers hit their business goals.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within the account base.
- Deliver data-driven presentations to stakeholders ranging from operational teams to the C-suite.
- Monitor account health and usage metrics to proactively mitigate churn risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate customer feedback and technical needs into the product roadmap.
- Contribute to the creation of playbooks and processes to scale the CS function.
Requirements
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Industry experience in renewable energy (e.g., as a developer) or comparable SaaS companies.
- Strong relationship-building, empathy, and clear communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Data-savvy approach to identifying patterns and advocating for customer needs.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Oslo, Norway.
