hirify.global is an Oslo-based startup accelerating the adoption of renewable energy through data-driven software for solar and BESS projects.

What you will do

  • Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding through to renewal to ensure customers hit their business goals.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within the account base.
  • Deliver data-driven presentations to stakeholders ranging from operational teams to the C-suite.
  • Monitor account health and usage metrics to proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate customer feedback and technical needs into the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to the creation of playbooks and processes to scale the CS function.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Industry experience in renewable energy (e.g., as a developer) or comparable SaaS companies.
  • Strong relationship-building, empathy, and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Data-savvy approach to identifying patterns and advocating for customer needs.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Oslo, Norway.
