What you will do

• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to executives and technical stakeholders to communicate the value of hirify.global.
• Lead the sales cycle from initial demo to proof of concept (POC) and final design and implementation.
• Develop technical champions within customer accounts to ensure technical wins and drive deals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies to position hirify.global effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve the product offering.
• Work with ecosystem and implementation partners to build joint architectures and execute account strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect in a SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and a deep understanding of data architecture and cloud technology.
• Experience working with modern data technology including dbt, Spark, containers, Git, and DevOps tooling.
• Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into solutions that solve specific business problems.
• Must be located in or able to work from London, GB

Nice to have

• Experience in the Wealth & Asset Management industry.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python.
• Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
