Solutions Architect (GRC)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; other location: London. Travel up to 10% for customer meetings and internal events. Reliable internet access is required when working remotely outside a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Own and execute GRC service delivery for customer and partner engagements across EMEA, from scoping through high-value outcomes.
• Lead discovery sessions and design GRC solutions within the platform without day-to-day supervision.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows and Model Context Protocols into daily operations to automate routine technical tasks and support modern AI adoption.
• Guide delivery partners through architectural reviews and quality checks while preserving partner ownership.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to validate scope and challenge poor design choices.
• Share GRC expertise through onboarding, internal training, and team enablement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SaaS service delivery, professional services, internal audit, risk and controls, or a related platform delivery field.
• Prior experience in GRC, internal audit, enterprise risk management, or compliance.

• Consultative confidence, active listening, structured problem-solving, and clear communication with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time independently across multiple client engagements within contractually agreed scopes.
• Enthusiasm for modern SaaS technology and AI capabilities, with familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, data concepts such as SQL, JSON, and REST APIs, or Model Context Protocols.
• Self-motivation and the ability to influence business processes and help customers modernize reporting environments.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term, customer-first relationships.
