Senior Product Specialist Partner Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; requires up to 40% travel across EMEA to partner sites, company offices, and industry events.

What you will do

• Select, enable, certify, and develop leading EMEA System Integrator partners to the highest tier of product specialisation.
• Build the partner enablement engine, including technical upskilling, certification, and first joint customer wins.
• Partner with EMEA Product Specialists to transfer product expertise, connect enablement to customer opportunities, and feed adoption insights back to product teams.
• Scale partner-led product-specialist capacity, launch-partner motions, and customer adoption of priority products.
• Author reference architectures, solution guides, positioning, partner offers, playbooks, and technical and commercial value narratives.
• Define the operating model, specialisation and certification criteria, partner selection bar, and cadence for a function that can scale globally.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, including genuine depth in at least two priority products and the ability to quickly develop expertise in the others.
• Proven experience building partner or field capability at scale through enablement, certification, and community-building.
• Strong business-value and go-to-market skills, including translating technical depth into commercial positioning and engaging senior executives at partner and customer organisations.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through technical and business content such as reference architectures, solution guides, positioning, and playbooks, plus credible presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• At least 5 years of technical pre-sales or sales-methodology experience in a consumption business model.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end data, warehousing, and AI architectures.
• Coding experience in Python, SQL, Java, or Scala, plus hands-on experience building data applications or AI agents.
• Maturity to build a new function from the ground up, define operating standards and cadence, and manage multiple changing priorities across partner ecosystems and internal teams.

Nice to have

• System Integrator or consulting background.
• Experience with transactional databases such as PostgreSQL and application development.
• Experience with LLM gateways, AI governance, or AI security.
• Experience running partner specialisation, certification, or champion programmes.
• Additional European languages.
