Solutions Architect (SaaS)

Location: Remote - Netherlands; other location: Remote - UK, London. Travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings.

What you will do

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements.
• Architect solutions that integrate with the hirify.global Platform and deliver customer outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and partners and execute standardized solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Develop expertise in financial, risk, and operational reporting on the hirify.global Platform through dedicated training.
• Mentor peers and Associates, demonstrate best practices, and support onboarding and continuous development.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field is required; an advanced degree may substitute for professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions and related technology platforms.
• Hands-on experience with the hirify.global Platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures.
• Consultant-level experience at a services company or public accounting firm.
• Self-motivation, strong propensity for action and results, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence and drive changes in business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple services as a strong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity.
• Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python.
• Ability to build and maintain customer-first relationships.
