What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation funnel in partnership with Growth PMs.
• Develop and execute a structured experimentation program across acquisition and monetization surfaces.
• Lead the organic growth strategy, including SEO recovery, content strategy, and organic social presence.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of SEO specialists, creators, and content professionals.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and growth experiments.
• Monitor and report on key metrics like WAU, activation rates, and funnel conversion to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth with a proven track record in both product-led growth and organic channel ownership.
• Deep expertise in technical, content, and programmatic SEO.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and connecting channel decisions to unit economics.
• Proven ability to influence engineering and product roadmaps without direct authority.
• AI-native mindset with the ability to apply AI tools to accelerate workflows and strategy.
• Experience hiring and leading scrappy, high-impact teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing SaaS or creator tools.
• Familiarity with PLG + SLG hybrid motions.
