What you will do

• Manage financial oversight of a private markets portfolio, delivering analysis, forecasting, and performance insights.
• Prepare and review fund reporting to ensure alignment with commercial activities.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to outsourced fund accounting teams on complex transactions.
• Review fund valuations and management accounts produced by third-party administrators.
• Manage fund cashflow planning, including oversight of equity and debt positions.
• Act as the primary liaison between investment teams and third-party providers.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience working with fund structures, particularly in private markets or real assets.
• Solid understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting, and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Infrastructure valuations, including DCF methodologies.
• Experience reviewing outputs from outsourced service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
