What you will do

• Lead and deliver interim manual reconciliation processes to support new proposition launches.
• Design, document, and embed interim manual finance processes within established frameworks.
• Act as a point of escalation for reconciliation issues, investigating discrepancies and driving resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Change, and Technology teams to ensure alignment with operating models.
• Maintain and enhance the control environment by identifying risks and implementing mitigations.
• Provide clear reporting and insights on reconciliation outcomes and emerging risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in finance operations, specifically with reconciliations and control-based processes.
• Proven ability to apply expert judgement to non-routine problems and manage risk.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a change or transition environment.
• Strong risk and control mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead delivery through periods of change and uncertainty.
