Private Markets Investment Administrator (Fintech): Supporting the operational delivery and administration of private market investment activities with an accent on investor onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, and lifecycle management. Focus on coordinating investment workflows, maintaining data accuracy in the hirify.global Core OS, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Location: Hybrid — Must be based in or around Cardiff, UK (minimum 3 days per week in office, Wednesday and Thursday obligatory)

What you will do

• Manage onboarding and administration of private market investments utilizing the hirify.global Core OS platform.
• Conduct KYC/AML documentation reviews and maintain accurate investor records.
• Coordinate investment workflows, including subscriptions, allocations, capital calls, and distributions.
• Liaise with fund managers, legal teams, and third-party providers to ensure operational delivery.
• Prepare and distribute investor communications and reporting materials.
• Monitor operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and control improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in financial services operations, fund administration, or investment operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of KYC/AML and investor onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with private markets, alternative investments, or wealth management platforms.
• Familiarity with fund structures and private asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience using CRM, workflow, or SaaS-based operational platforms.
