What you will do

• Deliver high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for hirify.global and P Capital Partners funds.
• Liaise with investment specialists, compliance, and risk departments to ensure tailored, accurate responses.
• Contribute to content database management using RocketDocs.
• Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously under competing deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve RFP processes and internal control environments.

Requirements

• Experience in asset management within an RFP role is required.
• Previous experience or strong interest in Private Markets.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders of varying seniority.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Q&A databases like RocketDocs.
• IMC qualification or progress towards relevant industry certifications.
