What you will do

• Own and develop the investment governance and risk management frameworks.
• Oversee investment managers and providers through day-to-day monitoring and regular due diligence.
• Coordinate with investment advisers on ongoing work and strategic projects.
• Manage investment reporting, including performance, risk, and ESG disclosures.
• Lead investment requirements for the Value for Money (VFM) framework.
• Present governance and risk updates to the Investment Sub-Committee and Trustee Board.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of the UK DC investment market.
• Proven experience in investment governance and oversight of investment managers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
