Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day fund accounting operations across several private equity structures.
• Account for investment transactions, including acquisitions and realisations.
• Review management fee and carried interest calculations in line with fund documentation.
• Prepare quarterly accounts, capital statements, and internal reporting packs.
• Lead the preparation of annual financial statements under UK, US, and Luxembourg GAAP.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Must be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• 3-5 years of post-qualified experience within private equity or alternative asset management.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
