What you will do

  • Own and deliver the European CMMS P&L, including quarterly and annual targets for new-logo and expansion ARR.
  • Lead, scale, and develop the CMMS sales bench, focusing on hiring and retaining top-tier AEs with industrial credibility.
  • Refine and lock the CMMS ICP, buyer map, and packaging for maintenance-intensive industries.
  • Leverage the existing marquee customer base (e.g., Coca-Cola, Nordex) to generate references and net-new pipeline.
  • Modernize the sales playbook and drive AI-native execution using the modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Gong, etc.).
  • Engage directly with C-level executives and Heads of Maintenance across large European industrials.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with 4+ years leading solution-specialist or vertical sales teams.
  • Must-have experience selling CMMS, EAM, or adjacent maintenance and reliability software.
  • Proven track record of scaling a vertical line of business from emerging to scaled.
  • Operator-level fluency with the modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Apollo).
  • AI-native mindset, utilizing AI agents for research, drafting, and coaching in daily operations.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe; English required, German is a strong plus.
