Location: Hybrid (New Jersey) - 1 to 2 days every week/fortnight

What you will do

• Collaborate with Life Sciences clients to define business goals and marketing strategies.
• Translate business needs into structured Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Document use cases, workflows, and data needs within the MarTech ecosystem.
• Support integration discussions for SFMC, CRM, and analytics tools.
• Serve as a primary contact for client stakeholders across marketing, IT, and compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and identify blockers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology consulting, preferably with SFMC.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and data mapping.
• Must be based in or able to work in New Jersey (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva CRM or consent management platforms like OneTrust.
• Knowledge of APIs or data lake architecture.
• Experience collaborating with medical, legal, or regulatory teams in a regulated environment.
