Senior Engineer, EHS

Location: Onsite at Woodlands, Singapore, W3; no travel required.

hirify.global operates a large electronics manufacturing site in Singapore focused on recording media operations.

What you will do

• Lead site EHS programs covering regulatory compliance, audits, incident management, risk assessments, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, evacuation drills, spill response exercises, and Fire Safety Management.
• Drive greenhouse gas reporting, carbon management, waste reduction, and mandatory environmental reporting.
• Implement programs for chemical management, contractor safety, PPE, ergonomics, hazardous waste, equipment safety, and fire life safety.
• Integrate EHS requirements into operations, new processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead EHS training and support internal, corporate, regulatory, and ISO audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Registered MOM Workplace Safety & Health Officer and certified SCDF Fire Safety Manager.
• Certified Greenhouse Gas Manager and/or SCEM Certified Energy Manager.
• Experience managing EHS programs, audits, compliance, emergency preparedness, and environmental reporting in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage complex priorities.
