What you will do

• Lead the strategy and development of scalable HR data and AI platform capabilities.
• Drive improvements across data architecture, infrastructure, and production tooling.
• Partner with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to build flexible AI-native solutions.
• Support the development of production-grade ML and predictive modeling capabilities.
• Modernize and simplify existing analytics ecosystems and workflows.
• Influence technical direction and platform decisions across Talent Intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong background in Data Engineering and scalable data platform development.
• Experience working with infrastructure management and/or ML infrastructure.
• Proven ability to operate across strategy and hands-on technical execution.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture and production environments.
• Experience with predictive modeling and production ML systems.
• Background in Talent Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR Tech.
