What you will do

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary Data Engineering and Analytics & Insights teams.
• Drive the maturation of the Helios operational data platform, including ingestion, modeling, and curated data layers.
• Ensure high standards in data quality, governance, lineage, and reliability.
• Deliver insight-driven dashboards and analytics aligned with strategic technology priorities.
• Act as a senior thought partner to technology and business leaders to embed data-informed decision-making.
• Establish effective prioritization, intake, and roadmap processes to align delivery with business value.

Requirements

• Experience leading data engineering and/or analytics teams at scale.
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms including Snowflake, DBT, and cloud-based pipelines.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and large-scale data ecosystems.
• Ability to define KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks.
• Experience building or evolving data operating models.
