What you will do

• Manage and grow the Training & Serving team, directly leading 10+ engineers.
• Define the technical roadmap in alignment with AI platform and Applied AI goals.
• Collaborate with core platform teams to tailor storage, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Establish a strong team culture aligned with engineering standards and customer focus.
• Maintain hands-on involvement through code reviews, design reviews, and occasional coding.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience leading software engineering teams as a tech lead or people manager.
• Strong technical expertise across backend, data engineering, and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams with strong interpersonal skills.
• Track record of delivering high-quality software in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools to validate, critique, and refine output.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Paris, France.
