What you will do
- Steward the consolidated and prioritised enterprise investment portfolio across all capital categories.
- Develop and improve enterprise governance, reporting, and portfolio data to facilitate high-quality decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance and EPM teams to track performance against financial targets and strategic priorities.
- Monitor portfolio risks and interdependencies, escalating critical issues to the executive level to protect outcomes.
- Lead executive-level conversations regarding portfolio trade-offs and investment health.
- Champion the Enterprise Delivery Framework to shift toward a value-led, data-driven investment culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale investment portfolios in large, complex organizations (e.g., FTSE-100).
- Deep expertise in capital investment governance, enterprise risk, and delivery.
- Strong financial acumen to balance growth, risk, and capital constraints.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence L1/L2 decision-makers.
- Inclusive leadership style capable of driving results across different functions and geographies.
- Experience improving investment outcomes through governance and data-driven insights.
