Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Must be based in the London office twice a week

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision and strategy for the Creative Sector Hub.
• Build and nurture senior-level industry relationships and partnerships across film, TV, fashion, music, and digital.
• Lead high-profile boards, meetings, and events to influence industry conversations.
• Use industry insights to develop initiatives that address sector-specific skills gaps.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver measurable impact.
• Represent Bauer Academy at key industry forums and events.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within the creative industries or a similar sector.
• Established industry network and deep understanding of sector skills challenges.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to bring together diverse perspectives.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience leading complex initiatives and teams.
• Ability to work from the London office twice a week.
