TL;DR
Resource Lead (Program Management): Managing resource demand and capacity for a large-scale transformation program (GQ Reform) with an accent on capacity modelling and data-driven decision support. Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days in office each week) in Manchester or Guildford, UK
Salary: £56,500 - £68,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain a comprehensive portfolio-level view of resource demand and capacity.
- Convert complex data into decision-ready insights for senior leaders using Power BI and Planner Premium.
- Model various resourcing scenarios to support prioritization and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to shape and secure effective resourcing solutions.
- Identify and communicate resource risks and their potential impact on program delivery.
- Improve forecasting, tracking, and data quality for resource management.
Requirements
- Proven ability to model and forecast resource demand and capacity in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into practical recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Experience influencing and aligning multiple teams without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex info to non-technical audiences.
- Confidence operating in ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
- Must be based in or able to work from Manchester or Guildford (Hybrid: min 2 days in office)
Nice to have
- Experience with large transformation programs or regulated environments.
- Background in education or assessment sectors.
- Familiarity with PPM, capacity modelling, or financial planning systems.
