Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (approximately 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end MROI programme lifecycle, from data charters and QA to output integration into WPP tech systems.
  • Align modelling workstreams with the global MROI framework and broader analytics discipline strategy.
  • Lead the data QA function to ensure modelling integrity and output reliability across all inputs.
  • Drive market-by-market adoption of MROI outputs, specifically focusing on ZEUR and AOA markets.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships at Global and Zone levels for the Nestlé account.
  • Represent the programme in senior governance forums, communicating performance, risks, and strategic progress.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in analytics, marketing measurement, or programme management.
  • Expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and MROI methodologies and their application in media planning.
  • Proven track record of driving programme adoption in large, complex global client accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in data quality management and the operationalisation of analytical outputs.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align C-suite and global client leads.
  • Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement (approx. 4 days in office).
