Technical Program Manager, Global (Data Center Product Operations): Running cross-functional product programs that improve repeatable delivery of data centers with an accent on readiness gates, dependency management, decision hygiene, and closed-loop learning. Focus on coordinating technical stakeholders, managing risks and acceptance criteria, and converting deployment and operations signals into actionable platform improvements.

What you will do
- Own cross-functional Product programs from definition and planning through execution, rollout, and retrospective.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Deployment, and vendors.
- Build execution plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, owners, decision deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
- Run readiness checklists and go/no-go gates, ensuring required artefacts and evidence are produced, reviewed, and stored.
- Manage cross-team interfaces, acceptance criteria, risk registers, structured escalations, and decision paths.
- Lead retrospectives and convert deployment, commissioning, and operations feedback into actionable platform improvements.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent technical delivery leadership in complex, scaled environments.
- Experience driving cross-functional programs with technical depth and operational impact on schedule, quality, reliability, or safety.
- Technical fluency in data center systems and lifecycle realities, including power, cooling, controls and telemetry, commissioning, handover, and supplier ecosystems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise decision memos and drive alignment without consensus.
Nice to have
- Experience building or operating readiness gates and go/no-go processes for complex system rollouts.
- Experience with lessons-learned systems and closed-loop feedback in deployment, commissioning, or operations contexts.
