What you will do

• Own end-to-end cross-cutting product programs, coordinating across engineering, delivery, operations, and finance.
• Develop and maintain execution plans with clear milestones, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Operate readiness checklists and go/no-go gates to ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and maintain structured risk registers.
• Facilitate retrospectives to capture lessons learned and translate them into actionable platform improvements.
• Improve standard templates and tooling to increase visibility and decision-making efficiency.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in technical program management or delivery leadership within complex, scaled environments.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional programs with significant technical and operational consequences.
• Strong technical fluency in data center systems, including power, cooling, telemetry, and commissioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment without consensus.
• Experience in mission-critical infrastructure, industrial automation, or cloud infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience building or operating readiness gates and go/no-go processes for complex system rollouts.
• Experience with closed-loop feedback systems in deployment or operations contexts.
